Where We Deliver

We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan through our courier partner.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and others): 2–4 working days.
  • Smaller towns and remote areas: [3–6 working days].

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

  • Flat delivery charge: Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan.
  • FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, we will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm it. Your order is dispatched only after confirmation. If we cannot reach you within [48 hours], the order may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number on WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by public holidays, weather, strikes or courier issues outside our control. If your order is late, message us and we will check with the courier for you.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or the receiver was unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.
